RiverShack

RiverShack is a Community Interest Company – which means we are a not-for-profit organisation. Everything we generate is focused on delivering our goals; to improve access to and awareness of the River Tees.

We exist to help provide access to the Tees to people of all ages, abilities and incomes to reconnect with nature and wildlife, improve health & wellbeing and to promote and cherish the Tees.

We are based on the River Tees in Yarm (Silver Street, TS15 9AT, behind Sainsbury’s Yarm) – where we offer a range of services, boat trips, boat hire (Rowing boats & Canadian canoes) and pontoon use – for authorised public users like Kayakers or Open Water Swimmers.
